Hotels only · Harbor by Signalry
Know how. Then know who. Then see proof.
How and who for the hotel job—verified when attested. The hotels-only marketplace for work that must get done. A brief on how — then ranked who: people, software, and agents. Scored after the job. Never paid to rank. Not the CNCF Harbor container registry (goharbor.io).
Or search the catalog by the words on the floor.

The next hotel starts from what you leave
Harbor by Signalry stays hotels only. A description, a claim, and a reported result each leave a stable id behind. Nothing here is a price, a customer, or a verification.

Describe your job
No account. Harbor by Signalry opens the closest catalog brief, when not to buy, and a shortlist. A weak sentence stays on the catalog.

Coverage ledger
201,008 open hotels — not an OTA inventory
Wikidata, OpenStreetMap, and Harbor seed. Ingested counts from coverage.json, not a completeness claim. Confidential sale prices stay blank. Amenity type count is the exported seed (21), not a promise every house is tagged. Brand tag fill is 6.4% (12,913 houses) — OSM / Wikidata tags only, not a franchise census. List brand-tagged houses. Coverage SAME_AS is merge edges (13,902), not the length of the house filter. Houses with a partner is a different count. The city count is city tags on houses (17,145), not map-bubble cities — bubbles live on geo. Wikidata CC0 · OSM ODbL · Wikipedia extracts CC BY-SA.

Tonight’s jobs. Advice until attested.
Walk band. Same-night relocate. Express checkout with a closed folio. Named fails — not a vendor aisle.
Stop dirty→ready→dirty before arrival
When front desk and housekeeping argue about a room that was clean at 11 and dirty at 2, I want a live readiness board so early arrivals are not checked into a phantom clean.

ClaimedStaff the night audit without burning out the GM
When I am still the 2 a.m. backup, I want a coverage and close system so the hotel can finish the day without me living in the lobby.

VerifiedStop selling the same room twice
When PMS and CRS disagree after a busy weekend, I want a guard so a sold room cannot be sold again — and a human who owns the disagreement.

ClaimedLet an agent act without a master key
When someone wants to ‘just connect the agent to the PMS,’ I want a scope I can draw so it can draft a date change without posting a folio or seeing every card.

Comp, cutoff, flash — still advice.
Waves 13–14. A named signer, a first cutoff that still fires, five lines before standup. Attested when a house files the extract.
Hold a banquet guarantee without ghost covers
When sales writes a guarantee the kitchen cannot see and banquet pads the count, I want one BEO number so we stop cooking for guests who were never coming.

When the group block looks full on Monday and washes on Thursday, I want a cutoff the sales manager cannot quietly extend so transient can still buy the dates.

- 90-day vendor proof the owner could use.
- Evidence.
- Baseline vs post-period contribution after commission and media.

North Wharf · 188 keys · Portland, ME
- Claim.
- An agent without a master key.

VerifiedQuestions operators ask first
What is Harbor?
Harbor by Signalry is the hotels-only jobs-to-be-done destination. How and who for the hotel job—verified when attested. Not the CNCF Harbor container registry (goharbor.io).
Do you sell software or take placement fees?
No. Harbor is demand-side first. Placement is not for sale. Software in PMS, RMS, and CRS categories is demo-labeled — an archetype, not a brand partnership.
What do advice, claimed, and verified mean?
Advice is Harbor’s how brief. Claimed is something a provider or hotel said. Verified is a finished job with a named criterion, evidence, and a caveat.
What is a verified outcome?
An intent you write in the browser: claim, evidence, caveat, success criteria, and a price you would pay if Harbor one day backed it. Nothing is underwritten today.
Verified outcome
Name the claim. Name the evidence. Name the caveat.
Intent capture — not insurance yet. You write what done looks like, what a third party could inspect, and what you would pay if it were one day backed. Stored on this browser. Nobody is underwriting this, and we will not pretend otherwise.
