Tier 2

Reference-checked
A person reached the hotel named in the claim and wrote what was checked. That note has to sit in the queue as evidence. The public form cannot set this tier.
Tier 3
Outcome-verified
Outcome-verified
A hotel recorded a result against a job and a provider — metric, before, after, dates — and a person checked that evidence. Until then the record stays reported. The public form cannot set this tier.
What a listing shows today
Seeded providers start at Not certified. A claim moves the badge to Claim pending · unverified. Advice, claimed, and verified on the older trust strip are catalog labels. They are not this certification, and this page will not promote them.
