Use the $150 million named price, not the $415 million Baker’s Cay + Houston + Alila line — that line stays combined. Seller unnamed. Not Post Ranch Inn — Harbor will not invent a Post Ranch price. Baker’s Cay $200 million / 200 and The Laura $65 million / 223 stay off until a filing names a close month with those prices and keys. The $551 million five-hotel sold line stays combined.
