Claim
Sixteen percent kWh with comfort comments flat.
Evidence
Weather-normalized utility vs comment tags by week.
Caveat
One kill-switch trip. Shared-savings was declined on purpose.
Situation
An 1913 building with a utility line that was eating GOP. A prior vendor had cut setpoints; temperature comments spiked and the GM rolled everything back.
Approach
Copperline metered laundry, kitchen, and guest floors separately. Kilowatt Hall (demo) plotted comfort comments on the same week as kWh. Energy Loop suggested schedules; Copperline applied them. The contract named comments as a kill-switch.
Outcome
Weather-normalized kWh down 16% across a heating season. Temperature comments did not rise. Shared-savings was offered and declined — the owner paid capital and kept the savings.
